About

Brittany Tegeler was born and raised in the suburbs of Baltimore (Baldwin, MD)  surrounded by a loving, supportive, close-knit family.  She now resides in the wonderful city of Baltimore.

At the age of 4, Brittany instantly fell in love with the game of soccer.  From then on, Brittany’s life revolved around the beautiful game.  Soccer became her #1 passion, her freedom, her creativity.  She played youth club soccer, high school soccer, collegiate soccer at the University of Connecticut, semi-professional soccer, and made the preseason roster twice for the professional Washington Freedom Women’s Team.

Brittany considers soccer to be much more than just a sport.   It taught her how to: create authentic relationships, work hard for a common goal, stay disciplined, push past perceived limits, build confidence, build self-esteem, and build ambition. It gave her experiences and life lessons that go unmatched.  It introduced her to the world of fitness, health, and well-being.

Not long after graduating, Brittany decided that she wanted to do nothing more than pay it forward.  She wanted to give others what she had gotten from physical activity, from fitness, from strength training, from proper nutrition, from healthy living.

She soon became a professional sports performance coach at 368 Athletics.  Brittany trained a diverse clientele.   A big part of 368 Athletics includes functional training, which involves multi-planar and multi-joint exercises designed to improve not only athletic performance, but everyday living as well.  Her goal is help others live optimally, in every aspect of their lives.

After training at 368 Athletics, Brittany pursued a career as a Wellness Advocate/Accountable Care Coach.  She traveled around the US promoting health and well-being to various companies.  She not only provided employees with a way to reduce their health insurance, but more importantly, she gave them an opportunity to better their quality of life.  Her work consisted of: presentations, speeches, demonstrations, coaching calls, and webinars to both big and large audiences focusing on many different topics: weight loss, stress management , smoking cessation, etc.

Brittany was also the Director of Fitness Center and Nutrition for a Baltimore-based international soccer club with 40 youth teams, ages 8-18 boys and girls.  She created systematized nutrition and strength and conditioning programs to give the athletes the much needed physical and mental edge to perform at their best.

After, Brittany became a Business Development Manager for a Commercial real estate company, specializing in land development, property management, design, and construction.  Most recently, she obtained her MS in Real Estate and infrastructure at Johns Hopkins University and launched a new company, Tegeler Source LLC.  Tegeler Source LLC is a Baltimore city-based construction, building, and infrastructure materials supplier, specializing in lumber.  Tegeler Source is actively pursuing a Minority Business Enterprise certification and intends to play a role in some of the largest development and construction projects in Baltimore.

In her “free time” Brittany involves herself in “all things” health, fitness, and wellness.  She truly LOVES what she does and finds nothing more rewarding than providing others with the resources they need to better their quality of life.  Spreading her passion, love, and knowledge to anyone and everyone is her mission.  This is what keeps her motivated, keeps her happy.  Additionally, she loves spending time on the water, running in road races, being outdoors, and enjoying city life.
