No Equipment Necessary Training Circuit

Don’t feel like driving to the gym? Don’t belong to a gym? Don’t have any equipment at home? Don’t have a large space to work with? Don’t have a lot of time on your hands? I GOT YOU COVERED!

Try the below home workout. Go through each set (total of 8) as quickly as you possibly can without compensating form. Take a brief rest between each set.

I powered through this workout in about 30 minutes this morning, working in a very small space. It was high-intensity and super efficient.

Bottom line- There are NO excuses. Keep that body in motion. Health is wealth.

Outside the Box Conditioning Video #1 THE STEP

So, explain to me again why a gym membership is necessary to workout?

Although I post a lot of baking pictures, my true passion and expertise is in training. Although, I do love baking new, healthy goodies for all of you to try! I have a compilation of videos that I have been putting together for quite some time now (with many more to come) to share with you.

This starts the first of “OUTSIDE THE BOX” Conditioning videos. There is a double-meaning in the name:

1) “Outside the Box” simply means thinking outside of the box and getting creative with workouts. There is more to working out than bicep curls and treadmills! Anyone and everyone can find a way to enjoy exercise. That is the beauty of it!

2) Gyms are often referred to now as “boxes,” but all of my exercises can be performed OUTSIDE a gym with limited to no equipment. You don’t need a gym membership, nor expensive equipment to get fit. I am going to show you how to do just that. No one is excluded; this is for everyone!

**Please note- I kept this video to 15 seconds so I could show it on Instagram. There are tons of other exercises I could add in. I went through each exercise as quickly as possible to show you as many variations as I could. When using this video as a guideline for a workout, perform each exercise for at least 30 seconds each and alternate sides/legs for each exercise that requires it.**
