How are people liking Brittany’s training?

“Brittany is a great trainer. I came to her last year because I needed someone to whip me into shape for college soccer. I’m glad I did because I would never have been able to do it without her. She kicked my butt at every session, and held me accountable when i tried to quit, but still made working out fun. She also helped me to change my entire outlook on working out, and it no longer feels like a chore. If you want results, Britt is the girl to go to every time.”- Rachel Reading

“Brittany Tegeler and I met about 2 years ago when she became a trainer for my club soccer team. Her workouts were rigorous but rewarding. In the summer of 2011, I came to know her well as we worked on agility and form several times a week to prepare for our collegiate soccer careers.  Brittany worked us into the ground while strengthening our bodies, our character and our love for the game.  As an Under Amour Certified Trainer, Brittany is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer who has a true passion for her work. She is always well prepared and keeps things interesting; no two training sessions are ever exactly the same.  She incorporates a variety of activities, techniques and fitness equipment into every training session. She always has GREAT fitness tips ranging from nutrition and beneficial exercises to injury prevention. She’s also a very kind and caring person, extremely friendly and charismatic, and always positive and encouraging to her students. Brittany continually motivated me to push myself just a little bit harder and a little bit further to accomplish more than I ever thought possible. She truly makes the whole training process fun and I always looked forward to the challenges that she placed before me. Training with Brittany has been THE BEST workout that I have ever experienced; I hope to train with her  in the future. I highly recommend her quality services!” -Mickey Fili

“This past summer, I trained with Brittany in order to prepare for my upcoming college soccer season in the fall. Brittany worked with me to improve and fine tune my basic fundamental skills, as well as work on new specialty skills and conditioning. I got so much benefit out of every drill that we did and I truly believe that her training helped me to be in the best shape I could possibly be in for my fall preseason at school!” -Sarah Wannlund

“I have worked with Brittany Tegeler for two years and training with her has significantly improved my game in many aspects. The strength and conditioning, combined with the fast paced skill work with the ball, raised my level of play. This week I leave for the Division III Final Four Soccer Championships in San Antonio, Texas and I thank Brittany for expecting nothing but my best on and off the field. Working with Brittany has improved my touch, pace with the ball, and the ability to get to the ball first. Concentrating on lateral movement and techniques to develop explosive speed has made me a more effective soccer player. Brittany also focuses on strength and conditioning that is particularly important to women athletes. Because Brittany has played at the elite level she has a unique understanding and perspective of what it takes to participate at a top program. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness and skill level or train to win a national championship working with Brittany will make a difference. She expects nothing but the best from yourself and herself.”- Sloan Percival
